Order Processing

Press Mates produces DTF transfers to order based on customer-supplied files.

Orders enter production once:

  • payment is received

  • files are submitted

  • files are approved for production

Orders received and approved before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff are processed the following business day.

Production timing may vary based on order volume and file readiness.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Shipping timelines shown at checkout reflect carrier transit times only and do not include production time.

Press Mates is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Local Pickup (When Available)

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.

If local pickup is selected:

  • pickup availability is confirmed after production is complete

  • customers will be notified when the order is ready

Local pickup availability may change as operations evolve.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order ships, customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment when delivered.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Press Mates is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • import duties

  • taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country

Press Mates is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Policy Changes

Shipping options, cutoff times, and availability may change as Press Mates operations evolve.

The shipping policy in effect at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
